monument. good morning. i'm tom kierein. pat, aaron, welcome. good to have you with us. final day of march. and it is chilly and damp with some light fog and patchy drizzle. temperatures all above freezing. it's in the mid and upper 30s throughout the entire region. 37 at reagan national. we do have a little bit of light icing taking place, some of the higher elevations of western maryland, highlands of west virginia. winter weather advisory until about 10:00. but at the surface, road temperatures are above freezing. around the bay, lower eastern shore, virginia, tidewater in the low to mid-40s this morning. so a bit milder. steady rain has moved off to the north and east and behind that, lingering drizzle and fog. but we'll have another area of low pressure forming that will likely give us more rain later this afternoon. there is the light fog over cherry blossoms still at peak. patchy drizzle that may affect the game at nationals. i'll have your first pitch forecast and we'll look at your night planner. more changes on the way. that will be at 6:11. >>> authorities are dealing with
